Lumion Studio

Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 27, 2026

Lumion Studio ("Lumion Studio", "we", "us", or "our") is operated by Northview Tech Pvt Ltd unless a different contracting entity is specified in writing. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect information submitted through lumionstudio.com, our lead forms, WhatsApp, email, calls, advertisements, and related service channels.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to website visitors, prospective clients, astrology professionals, demo funnel users, business contacts, and anyone who submits information to Lumion Studio. It covers our marketing, website, app, content, advertising, social media, SEO, WhatsApp funnel, CRM, and lead-generation services. If a separate written agreement applies to a paid project, that agreement will control where it conflicts with this Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect personal and business information including name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address, business or brand name, specialty, language, budget range, current channels, service goals, messages, and any other information you submit.

For demo or client lead funnels, forms may collect birth date, birth time, birth place, concern category, and related consultation-intake details. If such a funnel is used for a third-party astrologer or client, that client may also be responsible for its own privacy notices and lawful use of the data.

We may automatically collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, timestamps, referral source, security logs, and form-submission metadata. We do not directly collect or store payment-card data through this website.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to respond to enquiries, evaluate project fit, book calls, prepare proposals, deliver services, build and operate websites, apps, landing pages, lead funnels, CRMs, WhatsApp systems, content systems, ad campaigns, analytics, and client communication flows.

We may also use information to maintain security, prevent abuse, debug issues, improve our website and services, train our internal workflows, create aggregated or de-identified business insights, comply with law, enforce our terms, resolve disputes, and protect our rights.

4. Client Data and Lead Data

If you are a client using Lumion Studio to build or manage a lead-generation system, you are responsible for ensuring that you have lawful authority, notice, and consent to collect and process your own leads, customers, followers, clients, or third-party data. You are also responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the claims, offers, testimonials, remedies, advice, or consultation information you provide to us for use in campaigns or websites.

Lead data collected for a client campaign may be stored in a private database, CRM, spreadsheet, ad platform, WhatsApp flow, automation tool, or other system selected for that project. We may access and process that data only as needed to operate, maintain, improve, secure, report on, or support the project, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Ownership and Operational License

As between you and Lumion Studio, business materials and lead data you lawfully provide remain yours, subject to our right to process them to provide services. You grant Lumion Studio, its affiliates, contractors, service providers, and successors a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, format, transmit, analyze, adapt, and use submitted information and project materials as necessary to operate, deliver, improve, secure, document, and defend our services and legal rights.

We may use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information for analytics, service improvement, internal training, reporting, benchmarking, and business intelligence, provided it does not reasonably identify an individual or a specific confidential client dataset.

6. Information Sharing

We do not sell or rent personally identifiable information. We may share information with service providers, contractors, hosting providers, database providers, analytics tools, advertising platforms, messaging tools, email providers, geocoding providers, payment processors, legal advisors, auditors, or other vendors where needed to operate the website or deliver services.

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, regulator, law-enforcement request, tax or audit obligation, cybersecurity requirement, corporate transaction, debt collection, dispute, suspected abuse, or to protect our rights, users, clients, systems, or the public.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We may use essential cookies or similar technologies for security, preferences, analytics, forms, performance, and campaign measurement. Third-party platforms such as ad networks, analytics providers, and social platforms may use their own cookies or identifiers according to their policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not work correctly if cookies are disabled.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, loss, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for securing your own devices, accounts, passwords, ad accounts, WhatsApp accounts, email accounts, payment accounts, and any third-party tools connected to your project.

9. Security Incidents

If a cybersecurity incident or personal data breach triggers a legal reporting obligation, we will assess and make required notifications under applicable law. For India, this may include obligations under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable CERT-In cyber incident directions. For EU/EEA or UK personal data, GDPR or UK GDPR breach-notification rules may apply where legally required.

10. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for enquiries, client relationship management, project delivery, reporting, security, backups, legal compliance, accounting, audits, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and legitimate business purposes. We may retain backups, logs, records, de-identified data, and evidence of transactions or consents even after deletion requests where permitted or required by law.

11. Your Choices and Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or grievance redressal by contacting us at hello@lumionstudio.com. We may verify your identity and may refuse or limit requests where legally permitted, including where data is needed for legal claims, security, accounting, contractual obligations, regulatory compliance, or another lawful basis.

Where the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, PIPEDA, or other privacy laws apply, you may have additional rights under those laws. We will respond within the timelines required by applicable law after receiving a verifiable request.

12. International Processing

Information may be processed in India and in other countries where our service providers, hosting providers, analytics platforms, advertising platforms, messaging tools, or contractors operate. By using the website or submitting information, you understand that your information may be transferred and processed outside your location, subject to applicable safeguards where required by law.

13. Children

Our website and services are intended for adults and business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it where required.

14. Third-Party Websites and Platforms

Our website or services may link to Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, ad platforms, payment gateways, forms, CRMs, hosting tools, analytics tools, or other third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, availability, or security of third-party websites or platforms.

15. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy to the maximum extent permitted by law.
